I've had a guy in front of me at The Weepies with one of these. Please don't try to use one of these near the front, get up and down, collapse it and try to pop it back out and use it.

wonder if we can use our free vouchers on these too??????

That was the biggest fucking ripoff of a class action settlement I've ever seen.  Give everyone like 20 free vouchers and 50 coupons ranging from $0.50-$2.50 and a list of shitty artists to see nowhere near you for ONE summer.

Thanks for posting. Is there a way to search for a particular city or location? I just see one big list of random cities.

I was reading a few days ago that ticket sales were down quite a bit for 2019.   I wonder if that's why they've got these discount deals.   Trying to fill up empty seats.

Back during National Concert Week in the spring, I bought $20 "all in" tickets to three different shows this summer. After each show, Live Nation has sent me $20 concert cash to spend on tickets to a future show. This effectively has made my cost zero for each show. It tells me that they're just trying to make money on concessions.

There are a couple medium-to-large sized venues around here where prices have seemed crazy high the last couple years. Not surprisingly, a lot of shows have wound up way undersold. A few times I've picked up tickets on StubHub for a fraction of face. Even with that and these deals, the place is like half full for the night. I'm not getting the strategy.

I don't get it either.  It's starting to feel like maybe the tipping point is being had on ticket prices.  Sure,  some of the biggest longest running acts can charge a lot.  They've got older fans and have spent decades building a fan base.   Their tickets are crazy expensive, but people buy them.    It's all the other bands.   Small bands charging $100 for a ticket kind of thing.

For me, I go see a lot less shows now.  I used to repeat a lot of bands, but given how bad ticket prices have gotten, I've stopped doing that :(

90% of shows I see are in clubs or theaters. Unless it's a band I love, I've been priced out of most bigger shows. It's insane.

My sister's favorite band is 311 and we've seen them together pretty much every year for the last 20 years. This is the first year we skipped. 3 shows within driving distance and decent seats to all of them were over $100. For 311! And there were tons of tickets just sitting...believe me, we checked. I just don't get what I'm missing.

Livenation has no shame when it comes to their "platinum" ticket designation.

For Supergrass at the Wiltern in Los Angeles, they sold tickets at their regular prices when the show went on sale, but a few hours later, you had to spend 3x the normal price if you wanted to be in the GA pit or loge (first balcony).

This is legit. $80, no fees. Grabbed tickets for the Outlaw Music Festival in Mansfield. Billy Strings and the Avett Bros opening for Willie Nelson.

In addition to offering a good deal, this promotion will lower the prices on the secondary ticket market.

Ticket prices today are off the charts.  Most anyway.  I saw The Dream Syndicate at Harlow's in Sacramento for $25.  Smokin' deal, great band, cool show!
