    Sleep Vault just arrived. If anyone wants it, it’s yours for $60 shipped. I’m not going to even open it.

    Thanks for the reminder. I just canceled my subscription. If I recall, it's best to renew toward the end of the month to avoid being charged for something one doesn't want. Is that correct?

    Yes - make it so that your subscription renews close to the end of the month so that you know what the vault it before it renews and not after, so that you don't risk forgetting to cancel (I really think they should change their system so that all subscribers know what it is before their account renews, but I guess they would lose money if they did that!).
    The next deadline is April 30th... I figure we'll know what vault 40 is around April 15th?? April 20th?

    Cool. Thanks. I was due to be charged on April 2. I did notice that they had some PJ goodies in the Vault shop.

    I never could get into it.  If you know someone who is interested in an unopened vault and all the assorted goodies of it, point them my way.  I'll let it go cheap.

    They usually announce it on the 1st of the month, or shortly thereafter so that you have the entire month to sign up. My renewal is set for the 30th of each Vault subscription month. Guessing this next one will be The Raconteurs new album.

    ... Vault 28 was that Raconteurs reissue, wasn't it? I'll be kind of disappointed if you're right about Vault 40. Not that I don't like the Raconteurs. It's just that when TMR makes a new album the Vault, it is a really stingy vault. I hate paying that much just for a coloured version of an album with a fancy jacket and maybe something gimmicky about vinyl. It's a rip off. Unless you're buying these to resell, I don't see the point of those types of vaults, given the price.

    You have until the 30th to get it, but keep in mind that sets your renewal date for the next one 3 months from the day you sign up. Although as mfc2006 just posted above, they may announce a tour shortly and Vault members would usually have a pre-sale they would be eligible for.
