Ed won't return Birdman's calls because of that leak.

Just - for we can all dream - to kick this subject up *before* the new album. I am still hoping they will drop this without much announcements and with a hell of a lot of b-sides - which we didn't have since S/T. Like I stated we can all dream...

Ps: looking how many years I haven't reacted (the picture of my son with his Mohawk is nine now), I believe I didn't add another song on the original list. Please only songs mentioned in interviews. Don't want this thread locked. Just want to keep saying and reminding that we fans love b-sides, if there is no new material yet. Shit, I am dying for it.

    As said we can dream.

...or Lost Cats (1) or Stray Cats

With all the waiting for the new album going on and some serious (European) Pearl Jam and Ed Vedder concert withdrawals, I thought it might be fun to compile the new Lost Dogs 2 compilation, which will hopefully surface someday. (Especially because we saw no b-sides since ST.) So let your imagination and wishlist going...

The songs I hope will make the cut (updated):

    - Angel
    - Face of Love
    - Leatherman
    - Man of the Hour (demo)
    - Speed of Sound (demo)
    - Cold Concession/ Confession (ST sessions)
    - 2x4 (ST sessions)
    - Let it Ride (ST sessions)
    - Chinese (demo)
    - Wishing well
    - Ole
    - Hide Your Love Away
    - Crazy Mary
    - I've Got A Feeling
    - Leatherman II
    - Lukin (slow version, with strings, with a whole orchestra - punk meets classic)
    - Of the Earth (ST sessions)
    - Life at the Point of Now (ST sessions)
    - Santa Cruz
    - Santa God
    - Don't Believe in Christmas
    - Sonic Reducer
    - Someday at Christmas (for they included some christmas singles on the first Lost Dogs)
    - Against the Seventies
    - No More
    - Golden State
    - I'm Still Here
    - Last Soldier (studio version)
    - Life at the Point of Now (ST sessions)
    - Transcendental Mental Clarity
    - Catholic Boys
    - Wishing Well (demo)
    - Sunburn (demo)
    - Outta My Mind (b-side)
    - Happy When Im Crying (xmas single 1997)
    - Fuck Me In The Brain (xmas single 1993)
    - Olympic Platinum (xmas single 1996)
    - Anything in Between (with lyrics)
    - Leash (slow version)
    - Falling down (studio version, holiday single 2010)
    - The Lonesome Road

    Unconfirmed:

Set Me Up (Knock Me Down) (No Code out take, 1996)
Linedraw (No Code out take, 1996)
    Xer (Yield out take, 1997)
Straight and Narrow (Ten Out take, 1990)
    Cigarette Songs (Backspacer outtakes)
Change (inside Lost Dogs (1) booklet)
No Losing (inside Lost Dogs (1) booklet)
Your Face (inside Lost Dogs (1) booklet)
Fallen (inside Lost Dogs (1) booklet)
The Little Word (inside Lost Dogs (1) booklet)
The Big Word (inside Lost Dogs (1) booklet)
    April Bear (Riot Act sessions)
    Backfire (Riot Act sessions)
Better Days (Riot Act sessions - supposedly different than the Ed Vedder solo song)
    Code Red (Riot Act sessions)
    Don't Follow (Riot Act sessions)
    Faster (Riot Act sessions)
    Had Enough (Riot Act sessions)
Islands (Riot Act sessions - quite curious about this one)
It's Too Late (Riot Act sessions)
    Keep Goin' (Ten sessions)
    Levels (Riot Act sessions)
    Meteorologist (Riot Act sessions)
No Good Reason (Riot Act sessions)
    Searchlight (Riot Act sessions)
    Spin Cycle (Riot Act sessions)
    I Won't (mentioned)
    To Our Home (ST-session)
    Dawn (McCready) (ST-session)
    Echoes (Vedder/Gossard/McCready/Ament/Cameron) (ST-session)
    Alarms Of Nautical (Gossard) (ST-session)
    The Streets (Vedder) (ST-session)
    Thank you (ST-sessions)
    10 billion years
    Open door

Mind you: all these songs could be changed into later (official) songs with different titles. These are just known demo's or outtakes

And I know there is more...

Put Pusherman on there. So much music we will never hear, frustrating.

Edid: Put the Lonesome Road there.

Can’t forget about Black Eye and Eastern Beatles (or Beetles)

and as far as I know, Pusherman wasn’t covered by PJ.  It just appeared on an EV cassette along with Crazy Mary but both those tracks on this cassette were the original versions and not PJ covering....but I am no expert so take what I say however you like.....

How about the Fatal demo Mike mentions in the PJ20 book with Stone on vocals?

Studio version of Baba would be awesome!

I'm surprised it remains buried.   At a minimum it would make for an awesome and easy xmas single.

been pushing for this ever since it was casually mentioned in pj20 book. can't imagine why they wouldn't release it. and i'm not even a Who fan.

I'd prefer any possible compilation sans live tracks. Though I'd think we'd have to wait a while-probably after the new album. LD and RVM were both 1991-2003 and encompassing 7 albums. 2003-2018 has only 3. We all know they're slowing down and I don't expect to wait for another 4 albums to get a new RVM and/or LD so I'd be happy as to get some more oldies. Think when the fam club single wrap up us members should be able to buy a physical compilation of all said singles on CD and/or a vinyl box .Happy for some on this though. Hell if Ed made enough peace with Angel to play it twice there's no reason not to include it.

Yeah, I've never seen mention of it outside of the Lost Dogs section of the book. But I would pay in gold bars.

Anyone know more possible songs. I cannot decipher all the tapes in the Lost Dogs booklet. I think I got them all. But I am not certain.

I've always hated Tom Waits' voice, but I love a lot of his lyrics. It's nice to hear a listenable cover of this song.
    “Do not postpone happiness”

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”

It's good, isn't it. I put it in the list, I believe. (The first post, where I try to keep track.)

Could add 'Rise and Fall', written by Eddie.  It was in contention for Avocado.
