If you want a tip from an LA regular, Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles on Manchester. Best mac and cheese you will ever have. Last time, I got to watch a SWAT team mobilize in the parking lot for a hostage situation. The staff thought it was odd I wanted to sit near the window.0

A large number of tickets have just been dropped on TM. Looks like they opened an additional section side stage on both sides. These are regular tickets, not Platinum.0
-
Looking for a single ticket... hoping to not be on the side or behind the stage but I don't mind being far away. Please let me know.0

Those lower side seats are a big upgrade compared to upper 230 seats.
At least the ticketmaster/livenation selling model has eased up on Every released ticket being a “Platinum Ticket!”0 -
Massive ticket drop happening now. Multiple sections all over the arena.0
-
Still no cheap seats dropping, thats what i need! Come on TM!I'll ride the wave where it takes me0

Does anyone know if this event will be live streamed?

I'm guessing they would have announced if it was going to be live streamed? Fingers crossed though.
I'm surprised nobody is talking about what songs they think the guest artists will be playing. I'm calling Metallica - Kickstand.0 -

I've been wondering how long each band will play and how the setlists will sort out. Show starts at 7 (or is that door opening at 7?), which doesn't leave much time for Audioslave + TOTD + Soundgarden + Metallica + Foos + Ryan Adams + Jimmy Kimmel and whatever other speeches/discussions they have going on. I'm guessing something like 4-5 songs each, probably? Then there's a question of whether the non-Cornell fronted bands will play all covers or whether they'll be at liberty to play some of their own tracks...Post edited by walkunafraid onEverything has chains...Absolutely nothing's changed. - PJ

I'd wager that it will be only CC songs, all night, but I could be wrong. Probably main bands performing 2-3 songs each and the individual performers just doing one song between transitions. I think the real challenge will be the mood/atmosphere of the the show. Could get super depressing super fast. Obviously part of the night will be sad, but I think (based on what Tom Morello said) that they want to keep it as a celebration of Chris' work and not some morose cry-fest. Hopefullly Kimmel will crack some jokes and the bands will have fun.Dallas 98Dallas 2000Kansas City 2000St. Louis 2000Memphis 2000OKC 2003Dallas 2003Kansas City 2003Little Rock 2003Cincinnati 2006Vegas 2006EV Los Angeles 2008 x 2VH1 Rock Honors the Who 2008
