I've always thought that start to finish KING FOR A DAY was FNM best album. Although Angel Dust of course is their most ambitious. And Tomahawk1 to me was what FNM would have gone on to sound like if they were still together and Patton had full control.
it's statements like this that i just don't get. i understand the differences of opinions, but there are so many people that seem to think that he is the greatest thing in music, but i can't get into anything he does. i've watched most of the videos posted in this thread only to stop them after a minute or so with an increased dislike of what he does!
i can normally respect someone's talent even though i do not like the music, but in Patton's case, i make an exception. maybe when i am older and my hearing is mostly gone, i will like his music more
[size=+5]Buy Angel Dust by Faith No More and you will change your mind!
sending thoughts and prayers out to Mike Patton. Apparently he was in a serious car accident last night on his way to his Dead Cross gig in L.A. That's all the info I have right now. Get well Mike!!

He was skateboarding to the venue and wiped out. It was not a car accident like previously reported. Most importantly he is fine.

King For a Day is such an amazing album. I mean, they could go from
Ricochet http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtoCY0em0qk
to Evidence http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFYU0m3617E
to Just a Man (which might hold the record for my favorite FNM song) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKy1E88PsZc
Ok, after watching this anyone who thinks Patton can't sing is insane. LOL

I can't listen to that at the moment but since it's an Al Green cover, I'm guessing it's pretty sweet. Thanks.
I'll add this one if it hasn't already been played
