Everyone needs to flood their customer service with complaints that this type of packaging is unacceptable for this type of product.

This fan club just can't figure out the art of shipping, can they?  We get charged double the amount of what Priority Mail is in the States, then they use Mail Innovations which takes a week to 10 days to arrive.
I shipped a god damn road bike across the country for $27 and it arrived in Arizona in 3 days from Maryland.  Here we get charged $15 for a vinyl and it takes half a fucking month to arrive.

My favorite shipping blunder was a couple months ago.  I ordered the Ace Frehley solo album on vinyl.  Amazon literally just slapped a shipping sticker on the record unprotected and sent it express.  Was pleased when I got notice it arrived at home in less than 48 hours, then I saw how it was shipped and could do nothing but laugh as it was the worst ship job I've ever seen.  Needless to say I got a replacement.

Certainly wasn't my intent.  Just sharing woes of the bad shipping since the European orders seem to have a shipping issue at hand.

Probably my second favorite of the solo albums.  I think in general that era 78-81 is underrated.

Mine arrived in the UK in perfect shape. Same mailer as others have shown but all corners were covered. I think they must have been put in a different orientation. I guess I got lucky. Card was really thin. If anyone wants me to purchase this in the UK and send to the US then let me know.

I can beat that. Got the Superunknown reissue when they came out from Best Buy.
That packed it in a 10x10x10 cube box, but couldn’t fit in it so all 4 corners were bent 45 degrees. They literally paid more to ship in it a cubed box that was too small and forced it in there. It was damaged before it even left their hands and expected me to take it.

Lol.  At least they put it in a box to protect it after they significantly damaged it.  How thoughtful of them

For those that are getting the bad packaging on the Vault, let's hope they take care of the replacements for you as we all get frustrated when this happens.

Why is the Ten Club Management sucking at an increasingly exponential rate? Now I don’t even know if it’s worth buying. Wasn’t that exciting of a vault release anyway.

  • My parcel arrived today. I can't understand how the heck the record covers did not get damaged - I think we were very, very lucky. Poor packaging, once more. I wish there was a way I could transmit to the persons that pack and ship these orders the crucial information that these things are EXPENSIVE, FRAGILE and can be damaged VERY EASILY. PAY ATTENTION TO THE CORNERS WHEN PACKING.

At least we didn't have to pay a fortune in shipping this time, as the Euro store charged very reasonable shipping cost.

Bubbled wrapped inside a shipping box? Not bad. Let's hope the USA ones aren't ship in a thin pizza box with just pieces of kraft paper supported inside.

I don't recall if It was vault #4 or #5, but I do remember shipping costs we're 5 bucks to Argentina, in a super-dupper mail-container (Do people still say super-dupper? The nerve!)

From vault #3 to #6 the box was huge, the cardboard of vault #7 is made of the same quality, size and shape, however the box is half as thick, which reduces the costs a little bit
... I am not in the business of being liked anymore ...

$5.55 to ship 2 Vault #3 sets to Greece. Those were the days =) ... Well, this so low shipping cost could not last forever. It was very good back then, but to be honest, it was unreasonable on the cheap side. Then it became unreasonable on the expensive side.

Mine arrived before xmas in the UK in perfect shape too. The packaging looked pretty good on mine - wonder if it was a different mailer as it was solid and enclosed
  • Why are they not releasing the mp3/FLAC of this show?  The UK already has their albums.  Start releasing archive shows monthly like Springsteen does.  1 archive show a year?  Come on.

Think once the rest of the worlds vault orders start to ship, they will put the CD/Downloads up in the store. Was hoping they would once the Europe vaults shipped.
