48 of the Manchester available, can't see this one selling out
I believe we bet $500 on whether or not this would sell out.  I ll send you my payoal
info. Friends and family is ok.  ;)

How did 39 of those things sell in an hour....
I’m embarrassed for the people who bought one.
Me too. I am not understanding the appeal to this poster or any five foot Pearl Jam poster for that matter.
I have a giant poster of Ed from 1992.  =)

It’s a mashup of the five different posters. The original idea with these five prints was amazing, my 2 ct.

Any flippers selling them yet on the Bay?

Most likely. Just keep them in the archives but make it look good so people keep buying others I guess. Didn't they say they would send an email the day before ones went on sale? I guess that just stopped because they want some impulse buys without people bashing it for 24 hours, ha.

But hey, if you have a space big enough, most likely a business of some sort, a few of these might be worth grabbing.

Given how many semi-pro poster creeps there are operating on eBay I wouldn't be shocked if they were stocking up on 5 or 10 of these each hoping to flip them for megabucks in the next few months/years when they are long gone... If they are doing that with every other poster why not these? With a $200 poster that's no more expensive than the variants lately. The only thing that will slow this down is if nobody buys off the flippers. So PLEASE DON'T!

Holding it for a few years isn't flipping then.

If they bought 5 or 10 with the intent to resell them it's flipping - not matter how long they hold them.

I’m surprised the Texas is as low priced (comparatively) as it is.  When that came out in 2003 it was one of the most desirable posters to get, along with the MSG and a few others.  It really hasn’t escalated in price the way some other posters have, compared to the initial hype when it came out. Not sure if it’s due to the timeliness of the subject matter, or other reasons.

I suspect it's just because Bush is no longer the president.  I will predict that 15 years from now you'll be able to scoop up the 2018 Missoula poster for a lot less than it's current value, but that's just my $0.02

I think in 15 years people will be so burnt out on Pearl Jam and their merch that value of most stuff will drop.  We’re saturated with stuff, and as we get older we realize what’s more important than stuff, so I’m just guessing but I don’t see this kind of thing as having massive importance to all of us when we’re closing in on 55-60 years old and the band members are almost 70.

It's stuff like this sale that just makes me sad. You can say "Ames isn't PJ" but I mean it's 50% the brother of one of the band members. This is just such a shameless money grab, it's disgusting. $500 for reprinting something you created years ago?

Why not print more of them at a lower price point and make money by volume? It's like they're enabling the flippers.

Eh... I don’t blame them for trying to make a living.  I just hope they don’t undermine the value of the originals.

As far as capitalizing off something they made years ago...  Most people pretty much do the same thing at work day after day.  No one rags on them a “shameless money grab.”

Businesses are in business to make money.  I don't have any problem with this and its kind of cool. I think this just an attempt to try something different.  Call Klausen and tell him to make a giant Dusseldorf, Toronto, Borgata, Hawaii etc. Imagine a five foot wave or dragons!
