Does anyone know where seats 132/133 are in the lower section of Rod Laver? Are they in the side/impeded view part? It's Door 7 is that helps?

I'm pretty sure someone described the seating, row letters, seat numbers but I couldn't find it...

Just listening to the second part of the interview on triple J with ed vedder. They were talking about the setlists and ed said something about trying to play all pjs catalogue in the 3 melbourne shows.... wow another boston in our sights? how cool will this be.

Yeah i heard that too, don't know how serious he was being, he kinda had that sound in his voice like he was joking round a bit.

But yeah, it'd be hell cool if they did.

14th row. My guy took the photos that night. Had to stand on his toes and reach up really high though because of some really tall dudes in front of us. Am in Section 29 at Sydney 3.. so probably won't be seeing much except the screens.

Well Fuck me. That had to be one of the best nites of my life.

I had shit seats. Just behind the dancefoor in the 4row in the raised section but I think Ive worked out a new formula. Im a pretty conservative sorta guy who generally throws his hands around a bit and the odd scream etc. After such a good crowd the first nite I knew where I was this time was gonna be a little lame. So to combat that I thought 'put the blinkers on and dont worry about the crowd for once'

My feet hardly touched the floor all night and regardless of having a pair of thongs on I bounced from the open note right till the end (with the exception of a few slow ones). I got hammered during Present Tense and Baba - when it came to the crowd singing bit well I just leant back and screamed into the air. Unfortunately hardly anyone around me new the words and I swear my entire section musta thought "I wish that guy would shut up" A little embarasing I must admit but stiff shit!

The setlist was heaps better (just my pref). All the new songs sounded awesome. Good to hear Come Back. Sad, Not for You, Present Tense, COMATOSE (blew my head off), Porch were just brilliant. Blood was the highlight for me and Baba would have been if PEOPLE KNEW THE FARKIN WORDS.

So in summary I did notice the lamo crowd but was too busy to worry about it. A good group of friends, several beers, Pearl Jam in primo form and a big fat number in the car on the way home. At 32 years of age - thats better than a 5hr romp with Megan Gale and Jennifer Hawkins. How do you forget such a nite - just awesome.
