    just got the notification from customs , first time ever happenning to me from PJ Posters.

    Lets see if they charge anything more...just asked for my VAT number , confirmation order and print screen of the poster price.

    The wait begins...
    At least you know now what is all about the delay and hopefully you´ll get it soon.
    Hope the price doesn´t raise too much :)
    10c really should do something about this for us non-US fans.

    Guess its hard to realize they care more about US fans then the rest of the world fans...

    As I told before,Custom service it´s a complete lottery; you never know. And could be worse with Brexit ( for me it would be worse) for UK or better!!  I do not know about politics, taxes & all.. :D BUT yes.. It sucks.

    Anyone received the Madrid Klausen AP yet?
    Got an email saying the shipping label was printed on 18 Sept, then nothing.
    Anyone got the same?

    I only received mine in Florida on 10/17, I think it took a week after he issued the label and I got the email alert.

    No, my UPS Mail innovations went to a hub in Urbancraft Ohio and then supposedly scanned in at Indianapolis.   No updates or movement since the 15th........
    My poster was supposedly transferred from Mail Innovations to Indianapolis Post Office on Oct 13th.  Still no sight of it or updates from USPS though.  Maybe there is something with Indy.

    You know the pessimist in me wondering if someone knew what it was and took it.  Good on Santos.  Guess this is just general USPS buffoonery.
