Unfortunately I'm in the same boat.  I talked with both groups and each said they did not have it.  I called 10c and they mentioned to hold tight a little longer, that this sometimes happens and then the posters just show up.  Fingers crossed.

just got the notification from customs , first time ever happenning to me from PJ Posters.

Lets see if they charge anything more...just asked for my VAT number , confirmation order and print screen of the poster price.

As I told before,Custom service it´s a complete lottery; you never know. And could be worse with Brexit ( for me it would be worse) for UK or better!!  I do not know about politics, taxes & all.. BUT yes.. It sucks.

I only received mine in Florida on 10/17, I think it took a week after he issued the label and I got the email alert.

No, my UPS Mail innovations went to a hub in Urbancraft Ohio and then supposedly scanned in at Indianapolis.   No updates or movement since the 15th........
