    Got 'em today. Can't wait! - To kind of segway this conversation into what we normally talk about round here... the shoe game is full or "resellers" also.. although not normally called "flippers" for some reason.

    So why is it in the sneaker game the "resellers" aren't looked down upon, while the "flippers" of PJ merch are?
    Different culture I guess, but FWIW, I think sneaker "resellers" are jerks.

    Love the metallic 5, had the originals in high school, and they were actually just retrod again in 2016. Picked up a pair, still DS... thinking about those I need to break those out.

    Great stuff, we need a Sneaker section in this forum.

    I only collect Jordans, I am currently trying to get all the colorways he wore on court (1-14, 16-18)

    I finally had to toss these about 8 years ago.  I wore them to do yard work for about 10 years after retiring them.  The first and only pair of Jordans I ever had.

    I'm not a sneaker lover at all, and I thought they look radically different because of the colour. That darker heel changes everything.... So am I simply responding to a really heavy shadow?? :lol: Well, they should fucking change the colour to match that photo with the shadow, because that looks way better!

    I got the original Jordan’s for Christmas in 85. I think I was a freshman in high school.  I wore them until they fell apart.  I loved them so much I got a pair of retros recently.

    The best IMO.  They put out a retro of the red trimmed version of this a few years ago and I snagged a pair.  Favorite basketball shoe of all time.  But IU?  BTFU!
