I remember a Vox magazine reviewer calling this song more boring than a manatee or something to that effect. Idiot.

Is really a great song! Has it all...great lyrics, marshall drum beat, anthemic, great guitar and yet it never reached the heights it deserved...reminds me very much of Slip Kid by the Who another great song that never achieved the greatness it deserved! What say you amirite or just being a PJ &Who homer?
Love this song!  But I'm not hearing the connection to Slip Kid, another great song but the Who have rarely played it live.  Funny enough, I heard Slip Kid on public radio a few days ago.

I'm not saying they sound like each other just pointing out their both criminally underrated and both should've been bigger then what they actually are in respect to each band.

OK, now I understand what you're saying.  Definitely both great songs and unfortunately overlooked in their band's catalogs.

Oddly enough, I just started working on this one to play at some solo acoustic shows I have coming up! Must be something in the air today... 😉

Remember on a show where you gave new music videos/songs thumbs up or down the singer from Mando Diao hated it. And I've hated Mando Diao and him since then.

It's a fun song to play on guitar. I've played it at a lot of my shows as well. Have fun with it!

Beautiful melodies. It felt so perfect at Hampton 16, really enjoy that version. Incredibly thoughtful lyrics too.

Great song, one of my favourites, but I have to say this one line makes me wince. It sounds like teenage girl angst poetry.

I was 16 when this song came out. It was the first new song that I waited for since becoming a fan. It showed me to pay attention to current output!

One of their best songs - I love it so much. It's in my top 5 PJ list. It's one of those songs where if it comes on while I'm with people I have to tell them to shut up and wait until the song's over, lol.
