The one souvenir I wanted  from this tour.- Barcelona was so special for me: 25 yeas to the day after my very first PJ show, and also my first PJ show in what's going to be my new homeland.
Missed the poster at the gig, and couldn't believe it when it dropped today, nabbed it, added it to my cart... but  my cart kept showing as empty. And now it's gone...

Uh oh. You said gutted about a poster.

I think there would be more love for Seattle Faile if more people knew the DB Cooper story.  And if more people knew about the stolen plane crashing just miles from Safeco Field during the concert.  Legendary poster, in my opinion.

Cmon guys. We know it’s because the resale value is low. This discourages a lot of flippers fortunately.
Yep and the current new listings for posters on the bay confirm this.

It’s not sad, it’s good. They printed a ton of 4 of the 5 posters for each stadium show this year.

Everyone bitches about prints selling out and not being able to get one and being limited and now they’re sitting in the shop readily available and it’s labeled “sad” and the excuse is that flippers don’t want them.  Not everything has to revolve around flippers here, Jesus.

Even when you guys get what you want you’re still bitching.

  • Here's to hoping that EMEK Rome will have plenty printed just the EMEK Seattle apparently has!

You're exactly right MickeyMouse.  There are a lot of posts here where people want posters to be available to all at face value at all times.  Then when that time comes, that's not good enough either.  We can either have plenty of posters for everyone that wants them, or fewer posters with higher cash values.  Can't have both!

Pretty sure Dimi was being sarcastic and loves the extra prints that are available to allow fans that want to hang the print to do so at a great price. I am pretty sure he loves the fact the flippers are getting shit all for these prints too.

They didn’t have tons of Mumford posters they sold out first every day. So you have very wrong information

You’re making my point by assuming these posters only have value for fans if they flip. Just because they didn’t sell out in the shop doesn’t mean hundreds of people who value the print for what it is didn’t buy it.  You’re equating everything to resale value and generalizing an entire fan base by saying they only buy something when it’s valuable.

Dont speak about what you perceive to be my obsession when you’re clearly obsessed with why people buy posters and how everyone is a flipper. If I’m answering your posts it’s because I happen to disagree with your view on things and I base my opinion on numbers and facts and not emotion.

I dunno who you think Mumford is but he only did a print for Boston and it sold out within 30 minutes to an hour every day and within 15 minutes of the doors opening for both shows.

And I don’t care about how amazing you are and how many posters you gave away.  When you say things like “its sad that posters has value for fans only when has flipping value” you ARE generalizing and turning the minority (flippers) into the majority.
