Bump that variant price up.   :|
  • Tom deserves it. One of the best in the business and $100 is still a good price for a PJ variant.

  • $100 is still reasonable for the variant but interesting that it is significantly higher than first advertised!

No doubt.  I just wish it was $100 from the get go.

Interesting that some of the variants move away from the red/navy Red Sox colors :pensive: Whalen's, for example, takes on more of a Mariners look.

I actually wish that the artists could truly change the variant by more than a color.  Would be cool to see Whalen's with the Mariners color scheme, change dates, and put in Seattle sky line.

Got my Williams AP in the mail today, it looks awesome. I was lucky that I checked the tracking when I did. It said it was delivered, but then I couldn't find it on the front porch. Winds are picking up here from the hurricane and the poster tube had blown off the porch into a tree next to the house!

So, what you're saying is that you wish Whalen did one of the Home Show posters...?

Usually he'll send them out USPS Priority. Still waiting for the Milan print to get on it's way.
  • Here's a merch thing that isn't posters. The Seattle skull enamel pin is pretty much the only thing I wasn't able to get that I wanted at any of the shows I went to. I was 100th in line on Wednesday of the Seattle shows at the outside tent and it was already gone, and I waited in a short line inside the venue and it wasn't there either. Wasn't the end of the world or anything but I liked it. Then I went to Boston and the Boston version was there at the end of the day on Monday when I got there, so I bought it and thought about the Seattle one again.

Since I got back I've followed all the eBay listings I've found with just it, around 18 at the moment. I haven't seen one sell and most are listed between $22-$35, some with shipping as high as $4 or $5 for a little pin. I've seen a few people relist the thing even higher after it didn't sell! One guy has more than 10 available.

Obviously they are overpriced at the very least, but I think it shows how crazy some of this merch stuff has gotten. These guys bought up all these things and won't budge on their five to seven times markup yet it's not selling. Who knows what other items look like, but that's just nuts. I do want it but not buying when there obviously is no demand at those prices.

If they're not selling, just wait it out and prices will drop. I just picked up a bunch of 2016 Chicago card packs and the empty box at a very reasonable price. Patience is key.

Mine came folded in a manila envelope, and then inside a priority mail cardboard box.

Update: Oh wait, that wasn't me.

Got my AP a while ago. Packed fine, but rolled backwards, which was odd. No issues though.
It was packed good. Steve & Tom for years have rolled their prints that way.

Still no regular AP here. Also I thought the Catches were sent out with bad packaging? I was not in the poster game back then but thought I remember something along those lines.
  • Has anyone else not received their AP Seattle Klausen prints? Seems like they’re starting to show up.

I received mine a couple of days ago. I'm in Seattle though. I would imagine the rest should be showing up soon. Also, already got my Emek from the Tenclub today. :)
