he was the captain. lifelong Yankee. One of their best players in the 80s. MVP (almost twice) batting title, silver slugger, multiple gold gloves, voted best player by his peers. Basically played 12 full seasons (14 actual seasons) They did have the most wins the 80s also.

Well this is not good. Preparing myself for a wild card exit.
  • Can we not complain about Sanchez’s defense moving forward. I don’t think these guys have thrown out anyone
Can we talk about it today?

If I didn't see it, it didn't happen.

Nope.  Asleep by 10 with the infant knowing I am going to be up throughout the night.  Haven't seen one second of the last 2 nights.

I missed all of the game and from the looks of it, this was a good one to fall asleep way early too. I know the Yankees will have a healthier lineup for the wild card game, but would anyone be stunned if Oakland (assuming it doesn't catch Houston) wins.

A lot can happen in three weeks or so, but I'm sensing that too. They have that special momentum look that the Yankees had it going for about two months earlier this season.

Judge still feels pain. Shut him down. They’re not winning the World Series and he’s way too important. He’ll be cold as shit when he gets back anyways

Sanchez needs this season to be over in a hurry.

    Romine also stinks

seeing as how my team is on their worst ever SF losing streak, I’ve pretty much tuned out baseball.

just found out the yankees are cratering, too.

I know they're going to give the Rookie of the Year to Ohtani. But Andujar deserves it
