This is a tough one to call. Yes the division is bad, but with Bauer back the starting pitching is great. If Miller comes back, then the pen is dominant, as good as the Yanks. And if Donaldson is 80% of himself, then the Indians can go righty, lefty literally all the way through the lineup. So the pieces are there for a deep run, but the injuries are a real threat.

I'm kinda confused... I noticed the graphic for the trophy has the winner for 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and now they're announcing 2018. The AL West only plays the NL West every 3 years, how can there be a winner for 5 of the last 6 seasons? Is it like the Cubs and White Sox where SEA/SD play a series every year no matter what? Seems weird if so.
Pretty sure every team has a regional rivalry as selected by MLB. Cardinals plays the Royals every year. One of a few that has any real history, so I could see how it could induce eye rolls.
