as overrated as the doors. just got a shark...half the price, twice as good. "genius inventor" dyson can't even invent a cord that doesn't tangle, every time.

his hand dryers are good, tho.

    Dyson does have a great service policy. They are spot on with providing replacement parts.

    Of course, that suggests they have to do it pretty often.......

    If you're looking for a hand held vacuum, don't bother with those cheapo POS, look into one of these.  With my batter ears I have to use ear plugs because it's not quiet, but it suck big time the right way!
