    On this day 5 years ago, I found out that I had cancer.  No matter what happens tomorrow, it’s a great day to be alive.

    Had the 2016 Wrigley bootleg in the car CD player and when I unplugged my phone it switched to the CD.  I heard Steve Gleason say, “How we choose to feel is how we are.”  Amazing memory.  Keep on Rockin in the Free World, everyone!

    As a survivor and someone that had to previously live in isolation, I just want to say that You can choose to feel how you are.   Take care of yourselves and each other.
