Does anyone know if I can exchange my hoodie purchased yesterday for another size? I have a receipt, but the apparel they sell doesn’t come with tags or anything. These hoodies run super small and I obviously didn’t try it on in line. Does anyone know?
A friend did in 2016.  It's worth a try if you have the time.
Thank you. Definitely not lining up again but I’ll try after the show. I can’t believe how small these run.

Yesterday they ran out around 3pm.
I’m guessing they have a LOT more today since it’s show day.

I think they ran out around 1:30 yesterday. Today should have a larger allotment though...hopefully.

You don't have to wait in line. . Just go to the tent exit and tell them you need to exchange for size or tell them they gave you the wrong size. We swapped out two shirts yesterday that way.

Really? Good info. Thanks! I figured they wouldn’t allow for that.

    I’ll ask again.

Why can’t they sell online to all ten club ticket holders, or do a poster presale for ticket holders like they did in the past?

Im not going to wait in line, I would like a poster, but I’d rather enjoy the day stress free.

They did it once for the Spectrum shows and haven't done it since (to my knowledge). Leads you to believe some or several aspects of how that went led them away from it.

Maybe you’re right.  They did it once at United Center, I believe.  It was great to not wait in line or carry a poster all night.
Maybe it hurt sales of other Merch?  I’m sure people on here that want a poster end up buying more while in line?

Another potential problem with pre-purchasing a poster is if a bad poster like the Jackelope comes out. Then they're likely going to hear complaining. But personally I'd take the risk if we could avoid these absurd lines.

You guys hit one thing for sure: there was a lot of moaning about the Tom Tomorrow posters. I wonder how many pissy emails the 10C got about that. You hope that people would be rational enough to accept the risk of not liking the print, but unfortunately it didn't quite play out that way on here.

I think for big shows like this where their are five prints, everyone is going to get one they dont like.  It's a risk but balanced with the time I'm wasting in the merch line or inconvenience of a poster tube at a show, it's worth it.

    95-Milwaukee, 98-East Troy, 00-East Troy, 03-Detroit  Nights 1 and 2, 03-Toronto, 04-Grand Rapids, 05-Kitchener, 06-Cincinnati, 06-Auburn Hills, 10-New Orleans, 10-Kansas City, 11-PJ20 Nights 1 and 2, 13-Chicago, 14- Moline, 16-Chicago Nights 1 and 2, 18-Seattle Nights 1 and 2, Chicago Night 1, 21-Ohana Encore Night 1 and 2, 22-Imola, St. Louis.

I can see a host of other potential issues, too:

    - Like you said, lower overall merch sales
    - Lots of leftover show prints
    - Time and cost of packing and shipping
    - Losing the "event" aesthetic
  • Anyone in line at the tent and willing to buy me a XL Chicago flag t-shirt?  In addition to cost of the t-shirt, I'll gladly give you $ for your first two beers.  I'll be in the Wrigley area in the mid-afternoon.  Please PM me.  Thanks!
or you can come to terms and realize
you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah...
