Ugh! Now I've wasted $260...ridiculous!

Yes, I knew the "policy" and I "agreed" to it.....Yes, I know, I can't sell these tickets. I get it it. BUT, there SHOULD be a system in place so fan club members can resell them to one another when it turns out you cannot attend a show. Given that the tickets sell so much earlier than the show, SOMEONE or SEVERAL people do run into situations where they just can't go. Now, I'm PUNISHED for essentially buying tickets fan club tickets. Please improve this system. I know you only want true fans to buy your tickets, BUT we should be able to SELL them to true fans when life gets in the way of a show.

Me too. I did not get the show I wanted, got a Monday Show. It's our kid's First Day of School. We cannot go and cannot transfer the tickets. There goes $250. Pretty Lame if you ask me.

Where were your tickets & which show?? They said screenshots would not work but they’ve been working this far for first 3 shows
