    Two things I have to say about this:

    1. Indicative of many American's unwillingness or inability to actually write or type complete phrases (let alone sentences).

    2.  It sounds like somebody (another somebody) in a high position of power or employment is desperately seeking attention the way an immature teenager might.  The country is being run (or mismanaged) by old adolescents.
