  I’m sorry, I’ve just never felt like this song was that good. I think it fell into the “hey this has only been played once category” around here and people then prop it up to more than what it is. I feel like a good chunk of it lyrically makes no sense and the vocals would kill Ed in 2018. 
  It’s a fine improv but as a genuine song that I’d still like to be hearing 20 years later? No thanks. This song would need hashed out in the studio and polished up greatly to fit in the catalog.
