Maybe the Speed of/Other Side --> Sleight --> MOTH trifecta will make the airwaves at Wrigley '18?

Amen, people and Wrigley crew were amazing (Vendor gave us first crack at beers @ 10). Will never forgot RITFW blaring through the streets. I have talked to people who live nearby in Chicago and they remember too,

Stuck behind the left field wall! It went from amazing, followed by miserable, back to amazing. My girlfriend was claustrophobic, she freaked out for the first half of the storm, then she calmed down and I started saying eff it, lets find a way out. Haha. Glad we stayed bc they crushed it after the storm.  Didn't stop us from returning in 16 either! She passed away back in September but I am heading back this year as well! I can't wait! 29 Days!!!

Damn roller-coaster of emotions (I was in the pit). From the joy of scoring a prime spot on the rail :rock_on: to losing it when the rain came  to pacing around nervously for 3 hours  to running back in when they let everyone in again, but wtf did they let Stone's side in first :anguished: to being happy again when the show finally restarted :rock_on:

One of the most stressful and frustrating experiences of my concert career. From the 110 degree heat to the rain to almost being trampled when people were let in, it was a day that could have been amazing but it sadly was not.

My girlfriend of five years also told me she wanted to break up as we left Wrigley.

Hoping for some great weather and a new stadium PJ experience to put July 19, 2013 behind me.

my girlfriend at the time passed out from the heat during the first couple minutes of release. the crowd around us in the back of ga got the attention of security, who took us to the first aid room, which i'm pretty sure had to have been the cubs' team nursery because there was a ton of toys and kid related stuff in there. they gave her ice packs, water and told her she'd probably throw up soon, which - hilarious to me because she was so adamant she wouldn't- she did. we got to wait out about 90% of the delay in this room, which was air conditioned and had on the news/weather so we could see what was in store. we got to meet/chat with a few other couples in the same situation as us and in general just relax while all of this chaos was going on outside. it was kind of nuts. by the time the show started, we were back in our spot (roughly) and got to enjoy the rest of the show freshly rehydrated and in good spirits. it was all pretty crazy and certainly the most unique pj concert experience i've had.

They need to bring back the 10C Bar-B-Q.  That was one heck of a party the day before the show.  SO fun seeing a couple sound check songs and hanging out with all you amazing 10clubbers.  I'll also be back for round 3, shows 4 & 5 at my own "Home" show.
There's no need to say goodbye

^^For sure^^ I enjoyed the BBQ and then post party at Slugger's as much as the show.

Plus the air-conditioned, not-so-long merch line in the bowels of the hotel! ....where I got to meet the one-and-only, and now good buddy @derbydave

The soundcheck mini-concert from the rooftop was aces...very cool of PJ and 10C to coordinate. Anyone remember what all they sound checked? My fuzzy memory recalls Mother, Bee Girl and maybe Daughter. Maybe seven songs in total?

Can't believe it has been 5 years!  The one positive about having shitty seats way back in the 200 level was that we were covered during the delay.  The beers were really flowing and people were passing joints on the walkways...it was a wild scene.  And then they rocked until 2am!  Still think about what could have been with that original setlist...would have been an all-timer.

+1 I cant imagine them not bringing the same kind of energy as they did in 13 and 16. Time to take it up a couple notches in 18!
