I seriously doubt it. Especially since the thing isn't even dated.... Now if he wrote that after he was in office, then maybe, but still probably not.
why would it matter? if he is indicted, whether the offence occured while in office or not wouldn't matter.
I just think it would make the difference between impeachment and not impeachment. I mean, tons of crimes committed by Trump have already been exposed from before he was in office and it makes absolutely no difference. I don't see why this particular crime would be the one to matter when none of the others do. But if he were absolutely proven to have broken the law while in office, that just might make the difference.
what crimes have been proven from prior to the presidency?
Oh boy, loads of them, most pertaining to fraud and breach of contract, antitrust crimes, circumventing state regulations, etc, etc. Of course he just paid to make all of the doozies go away.

what I mean by proven is a criminal case that got proven in court. civil cases or out of court settlements are not the same.
Well it has been proven tons of times that he committed crimes, but no, if you're looking for a guilty verdict in a criminal trial, you know that hasn't happened. He has committed crimes and has been proven guilty of such, and yes, that proof still counts when he pays someone off IMO, be it in fines or in the form of a settlement.

but my original question was about a criminal charge. if he is indicted for a crime, if it occurred in office or prior to wouldn't matter in my opinion. you said "this one wouldn't matter", but of course it would if he was charged and convicted. if it remains a civil case, then no, it won't matter. it's all a question if it becomes criminal or stays civil.

I'm just saying these things off the top of my head, but if memory serves, removal from office is never guaranteed no matter what the crime is. There is always still a vote for whether or not he'll be removed from office. Plus, unless it's a high crime (like treason) a judge can even order any criminal charges that are laid during a POTUS's tenure sealed by virtue of the national interest.

Oh boy.... At first glance, my reaction was "Oh good! If they haven't found some new morals, at least maybe they're scared of the backlash the family separations are getting and doing something about it!" And then I saw the part about the bill including billions worth of funding for THE WALL. Those fucking scumbags. I think it's disgusting that they are putting those two things into one bill... Although it's not surprising in the least.

It was a fun watch. Give The Mooch credit for sticking up for a free press and the role it plays in our democracy.
He can afford it. If he would be in the White House today I bet he would fall in Trumps little nazi-line.

    EDDIE VEDDER gets it.......

Eddie Vedder Says Trump 'Crazy Like a Narcissistic Motherf--ker'
    http://loudwire.com/pearl-jam-eddie-vedder-trump-crazy-narcissistic/

“We got one for ya, and it has nothing to do with, let’s say someone like Donald Trump,” he says. “Absolutely has nothing to do with that… I wouldn’t want to waste my breath. But it is interesting you know; how does it feel when you’ve got a world leader that insults all of your allies and, kind of, people with good intentions representing their people. But then he gets along famously with dictators and despots. I don’t know what to make of that. That’s just really disturbing. And I don’t think he’s crazy like a fox…I think he’s like, crazy like a narcissistic motherfucker. Anyway, this song is not about him!”

Donald Trump went on State News this morning and said of Kim Jong-Un: "He speaks and his people sit up at attention. I want my people to do the same."

Did Trump tweet this? Lol. There's no end to McDonald's madness is there? America is known for a lot of things... but quality beer isn't exactly one of them.

Doesn't he know his base is quite content with a Bud or Miller?
Lite. Bud lite, miller lite or coors lite and they’re still grossly overweight.

id always prefer drinking something quality, but sometimes I prefer paying $10 for a 24 pack of miller over $10 for a 6-pack of a local craft.

true enough. the only "big" beer I can stomach anymore though is MGD in bottles. I'm no beer snob by any stretch, I don't know much if anything about craft beer, I just know that most of the big chain beers don't taste good to me, american or canadian. that being said, on a sweltering hot day, I'll drink just aboot anything.

If you have a beer budget of X dollars...quality > quantity.

It's funny; I am no beer snob.  I won't drink an IPA if you pay me.  I hate "hoppy."  In fact I used to pride myself on liking cheap domestic beers (Bud, Miller Lite, Rolling Rock, and the like).  I went to a couple of beer festivals and now I am in the camp I never wanted to be in: most of the "macrobrews" are crap.  Regular red-label Bud is my favorite of those in a setting where that stuff's all that's available.  But I'll never have it in my fridge unless some guest brings it over.

But to each their own.  If you think the cheap ones are "quality" then you hit the quantity and quality birds with one stone.
