And so is bringing a fake tree or bush/hedge to hide behind.
Maybe I missed something here, but did someone on this message board or thread say that they were bringing a fake tree/bush/hedge to hide behind in the hopes of meeting Pearl Jam?

I am planning on taking a night bus right after the show to Krakow from Prague. Need some help/advice on where I should stash my bag and poster before the show? I read reports that we can not bring posters into the venue if we buy from the pop up shop outside. Is anyone bringing a car to the venue or have a hotel nearby that could help a couple of fans out? We would grab them right after the show and would try to inconvenience you as much as possible.

So, rather annoyingly the Prague-Krakow-Berlin trifecta means exchanging to three different currencies...

How expensive is Prague? We're there from June 30th until late evening on July 2nd so we have a couple of days of exploring we can do. How much approximately would we need, taking into account food/drinks etc?

Someone from the country would be better suited to answer but most places take credit cards and Euros in Prague. Here is a series of videos I have watched and thought they were extremely helpful with my preparation. There are over a dozen different vids from these guys and all were helpful.

Everyone's different Rock, but I opted for 1500 czk for 2 days for 2 of us.  I can always use credit card for larger items and if I have money left over before I leave I'll find a way to spend it ; )

Thanks :)  I was thinking of getting a prepaid card thingy, but not entirely sure.

On a separate note, I can't find a detailed seating chart for the Barcelona venue anywhere. How many rows are in the lower tiers? I noticed that there are extensions added on to the lower tiers, listed as 103E, 104E, etc.  I have a ticket in row Section 103,row 17 - is that row 17 including the extensions or row 17 on the set block itself?  I hope that makes sense!

hey there alesek.  I was looking to swap a prague GA for Krakow GA.  I ended up just buying a Krakow from another member so my spare Prague is all yours if you still are looking.

    thanks,

Not sure about the seating chart Rock. I have TC tix GA.

If you haven't travelled a lot of recommend at least a bit of each currency of the countries you'll be in.  You'll lose if you pay in euro and some places may only take cash.  If you plan to carry more than you want to risk losing a money belt or something is a good idea.

It's not that expensive, then again it depends where you eat and drink, etc, like any place. I'm probably just gonna use this thing called a Monzo card, but might take emergency money out in each place just in case somewhere doesn't take card. Had that problem in Brussels last year.

Don't forget you can just take cash out of atms as you need it, to save bringing bundles of cash in varying currencies. I usually just get some out in the airport on arrival, with a credit card as a back up.  Never had any problems using atms all over europe.

Don't you normally get charged for withdrawing abroad?

Seems like there are plenty of rip offs with money exchanging in Prague with the airport being one of them. Here is another vid from the same guys if you have not watched it yet.

If you are from the UK... Barcleys has a credit card that allows you to get out cash and pay with in any currency without any extra charges on their end. I don't know, if any other banks have a similar offer, but it might be worth checking out.

Prague is relatively cheap compared to the west. Generally <$2 for a beer if that's what your comparison metric should be :-). If you are in city center you'll be able to get away with using cards but if you leave P1 it's best to have some local cash.

$2 for a beer? You guys are going to expensive bars.....Local bars a .5L should run 20ish CK or less....Less than a dollar.
