That's absolutely true! I also was there and I have to say that is was a brilliant gig. Both, U2 and NGHFB.

I'll be seeing U2 this year in Cologne. It's the 5th time for me, but the last time was 8 years ago (360° tour) so I'm really looking forward to the show!!

Had forgotten about the song “The ground beneath her feet”.   A gem.

They should have pushed that sound more for their 21st century work.

Last night the e+i Tour opened in Tulsa. Here's the setlist: https://tours.atu2.com/concert/bok-center-tulsa-may-02-2018
Quite heavy on new material (which is OK to me, an artist should always promote its latest work). Plus certainly one song that many have been wanting to hear live for years and years. Looking forward to my shows!

Yeah, that’s a string setlist. I have tickets to Chicago. Need to see if I can make it work.

I'm in tomorrow's presale.  When did you get code?  Did you have a chance to find good seats?  Did the presale sell out?  Very curious...
Yeah, I haven’t got My code yet for tomorrow either

Last night was the first time since the Joshua tree album came out that new songs were played from it!

I won tickets from a local NPR station........not a huge fan of their post-Achtung Baby stuff, but free is free!

Well, you’re in luck because they’ve played Until The End of The World, Acrobat, Who’s Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses, and One so far.

Seeing them a week from today in Vegas, can’t wait to see how the sets do or don’t change over the next couple of shows. Tonight in St. Louis they added New Year’s Day, but dropped Wild Horses.

Also, the new vinyl reissues of Pop and All That You Can't Leave Behind are tremendous! Sound absolutely fantastic.

Can anyone who has seen shows on this new tour tell me when they have been  hitting the stage?

    Thanks

I am not digging these setlists so far.  I understand they just toured around joshua tree but man, you have to play some songs off your best album!  That's like pj not playing ten.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......

I'm fine with PJ not playing Ten tracks.

No doubt...and hopefully a vinyl reissue comes well before the 30th anniversary
