    So the kids are starting in the minors with the Walker signing.  I am good with that. Torres hasn't hit at all this spring.

    At the end of the day, Cashman turned Headley and Castro into Drury, Walker and Stanton.  That's comical.

    Anyone listen to the CC and Ryan Rucco podcast?  Ryan gets really annoying when he talks like he's cool around CC, but it is good stuff overall.

    Arod was awesome. Completely different person than you think you know.  Judge on recently. Gardner. Tons of good guests and easy conversation with CC

    Bird injury sounds concerning and like it could be bad. Would suck not to have him though you can’t really count on him to be healthy regardless. Would be a bummer though. Can’t hit on all these prospects

    Is it at all probable to have Stanton play 1st?

    I was wondering this too.  I mean, I don't think this is something you pull the trigger on in the short term, but if Bird continues to have injuries, I don't see why Stanton couldn't learn 1st long term, right?

    Oh great.  That's all we need is a pair of Yankees/Red Sox games that go 6 hours long instead of the usual 4 because they have jam it down everyone's throat and double the advertising spots bc it's in London.  But let's put runners on 2nd to trim time. :weary:

    It was a wacky thought but I'm glad that you seem to like it too.  Maybe turn Torres over there too and leave Didi at short?

    A rational me would say that I would think the Yanks have some ups and downs. Win the division and lose to the Astros in the playoffs.  I'm not rational, so f it.  Yanks over Dodgers in 6. #28

    All 3 of the dudes at hardball talk predicted the Yanks to win the world series. Edit: Wait, actually 2 have yanks winning. 1 has yanks losing in the world series.
