    OMG!!! I've been doing so well only drinking decaf coffee from 12pm onwards.....getting earlyish nights/good nights sleep.

    I ran out of decaf today, so have been on the real deal :eek:

    Well....ciggy had and I've made an executive decision :eek: that sitting at the computer isn't going to make me tired, so I'm off to lay on the couch and watch my Showbox DVD. I haven't watched it for a while.

    As soon as I read the article about Plant and Krauss I thought "yeah, he's bonking her". I've heard some of their stuff and wasn't really impressed.
