I thought you lived in the Northern Beaches area? :o

Negative. Grew up there. I bought in Alexandria (near Newtown/Erskinville) about 4 years ago. Couldnt afford the 700K for something decent over there. Miss it like hell but during summer Im over there every weekend. In fact didnt leave Narrabeen till 830 last night. Bout a 45 min bus ride.

Plus I cant stand sitting on a bus for 45 mins each way to get to work. Mine takes 10 mins
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

    Morning y'all :)
No flights for us Suz :( I don't think I'll be getting Happy Hour flights....they're just getting later and later. Todays were to be taken in Feb.

How are you today Rob? No 'Melon incedents' at work, I hope ;)

Look out Brendan - we're all invading :D

Nah. The melons stayed where they were, and thankfully so did I :)

    Everything good at your end?

    Good to hear :)
All ok here, ta. Geez, I couldn't sleep this morning. Did a bit of housework, read magazines and had several ciggies after you went to bed.
Rained all night. We had 1 almighty clap of thunder at about 5.00 and that was it....FREAKY?

Goodo! :) It should be a nice little gathering.

I'm looking at staying at 'Pacific International Appartments' (here I go with the accom; AGAIN  )
Just thought I'd mention it in case you know anything bad about them and shouldn't book it

    Can't wait for this DVD!!!

Good looks aren't everything champ. She's pretty 'out there'
Does she like the beach and beer. Have a nice arse, co-ordinated, fit, drive? She might fit Brendans criteria? ;):D LOL!

Right in the heart of Chinatown. Have fun walking the streets and running into people with their eyes shut :D

Handy location down the southern end of city (near central). 5 min walk to Darling Harbour. 15 to the Harbour. How long you up for? You are staying only 3 blocks from my orrifice

    1) Yes she does
    2) No she doesn't, because when I offered to buy her a beer at the show, she told me that she didn't like beer and opted for a white wine instead
    3) YES!!
    4) I guess so because her hand eye co-ordination is good enough to send filthy text messages. Plus the things she says she wants to do me need quite a bit of co-ordination
    5) You've seen the pic..........VERY fit ;)
    6) Not sure. She caught a taxi when I met her

The co-ordinated bit covers weirdo's and overly emotional ladies as well. Fail!

haha. I was only going to stay for the night, but it's a long way to come for just one night. I think I'll stay for 2 nights. I wish it could be longer - I'm looking forward to some 'me' time and getting out of 'Snoozeville' ;)

I can't wait!!!!!!!!! a bit scarey, but I'm looking forward to it SOOOOO much. I've never been to Sydney before and from what Robs told me, theres so much to do.

    ... Pacific International..
I used to go past this joint on my way home everyday... anyways it looked well dodgy... enough for me to never want to stay there :) It's right across the road from the central bus interchange.... which is near the YMCA or whatever it is at central... yes it's close to central... but it's easy to get a train from town hall to newtown :p not sure about getting home though haha.

A major dilemma is.. finding places to stay that aren't dodgy :p and are cheap :p heh... the limit you told me should get you somewhere "vary naaace!"

I know exactly where you are talking about - I pass it all the time but NEVER seen the Pacific. Its probably a discreet little entrance - like the adult bookshops and brothels in that same block :D.

Nah you'll be right. Whilst it aint the nicest part of town its VERY busy so you cant drop a smoke bomb and just go missing off the face of the earth.

And yep not worth the one night thing. Two gives you a bit more time to look around. Take the ferry over to the zoo one day - thats nice
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

If you're staying two nights.. i'd recommend the Maestri Towers.... i had a great place that overlooked darling harbour on the powderchair/Snow Patrol APEC weekend heh... it was the Penthouse Suite though... so maybe i can't compare the other rooms with that haha

but i just saw it on Wotif.. for a reasonable Wed/thurs, but i shall check out their own website for you as sometimes that's cheaper anyway! :)

    Roger that.

And Kylie - its a 10 minute bus ride to the Enmore and buses leave every 2 mins or so (peak hour) from your street. Couldn't get it any easier

I spose it's a busy time of year and they know that people are going to book flights weather they're on special or not :(

I think I'm just going to change Glenns flights for the meet up to my Sydney flights. I don't think he's going to need them.
