I was disappointed by that one and returned it.

I think the next reissue (whenever that happens) will finally get it right. The 2016 Rhino reissues of Three Imaginary Boys through The Head on the Door were fantastic.

This one didn't sound good with most of the tracks... it felt odd with the sound and what made it worse how it was packaged with finger prints and scratches on the vinyls especially when I got it new from the store... the thing is Robert Smith remastered this... digitally... so go figure.

I know. I think he must have been on a bad bender. The 2016 Rhinos that he remastered are more than a cut above.

Lessons are learned when coming across bad vinyl especially when "digitally" remastered

I got this in the mail this morning and strange choice of recordings to add on for the long delayed 2016 Annual single (and it's 2018 now). The recordings are great and they would have been perfect for the 2017 (Rock And Roll Hall of Fame) Annual single and they could have used something else for the 2016 Annual single. Doesn't matter... I finally have it in my hands and it sounds really great
