My middle name is Meridith! ... note how my mother spelled it wrong on my birth certificate, so now I'm stuck with that extra "i" for life.

^ Ha ha! ;) Is there is a "correct" spelling? I've seen it spelled so many different ways and could never find a key chain/shot glass lol with my spelling growing up. I do see the way I spell mine more frequently nowadays though.

^ Yeah that was a great cake. That was the big 40 (me) and 70 (my mom) cake from last year.  How has it already been a year?!! My sisters had a cake lady down in Charleston make that for us.

I was guessing it's either your nickname or your mum's name.

I just checked to see if my family knew how to spell my name properly. Nope! Every one of them spelled it your way when I asked, including my mother, lol! So I've just had a talk with them about how if I die they need to get it right, because I'll be seriously pissed if it ends up spelled wrong on my headstone.
