    It was to be a freebie with the purchase of Single video theory.  However it wasn't agreed upon by Sony.  

    Sony sent cease and desist letters to Bestbuy and let them know that they will get sued if released.

    Bestbuy pulled the product at the last second and destroyed them.

    A few made it out into the world and are really, really hard to find hence the sale of one for $350.

    How do you figure?  Vault 1 is worth about $150 since the last few sales on eBay have been around $200 and the last few sales here have been around $100.  If the Ninja sells for $100, the Gremmie is worth more than that alone.
