Goes without saying but we NEED Ertz out there.

Looks like a Rams line.....I don't like the disruption of staying out west this week either....
Really? I like the idea of staying out there. Otherwise, all that traveling back and forth would seem like a big pain in the ass.

I don't feel great about this game, but who knows. I like their chances against Goff more than Wilson. And it'll be another LA game where Philly is the home team.

Overall at the end of this season I think they finish either 13-3 at best or 12-4 at worst. And I think they end up the 2 or 3 seed. I believe the Saints and Vikings would have the tie breakers against them if they were to be tied with either or both of them.
That travel would be horrendous.  I like the idea of staying out there too, the flight from Seattle would be brutal alone.  From a logistics standpoint, but maybe a little bit from a rah rah one too.  Have to spend time together before a big stretch kinda thing.  That said, would be a tough pill to swallow leaving Philly and coming back with 2 losses.  I think they win pretty easily though.
Cmon' man, brutal?  Horrendous?  I get paid a fraction of what those guys get paid and fly 40-50 times per year, including many back and forth trips from California.  [Going to be out there all next week, again]  Travel for them is not brutal.  They don't deal with the stuff normal flyers have to deal with.

Will it be easier for them to stay on that time zone?  Yeah, I think that makes a lot of sense.  Not sure why the NFL would schedule them b2b vs. NCF West teams on the road.  Seems dumb.
Your body also doesn't have to be in pretty much perfect physical condition.  Flying home red eye from Seattle getting in sometime Monday morning, practicing Tuesday and the rest of the week and turning around to head back out west Saturday morning does sounds horrible for athletes.

They may not deal with lines, security, etc. but you also don't deal with hitting your head into another 300 pound person 30 times a game, broken bones and everything else that goes along with a standard football game, especially late in the season.

They're big boys. They'll be ok.  Pretty sure the Eagles put in a request to couple 2 of the 3 west coast trips for back to back weeks.
    Alright, alright, alright!

They've just been too sloppy the last 2 games. Need to clean that shit up.

Neither option is good. Just got screwed with this schedule. I feel like athletes, and especially football players, are creatures of habit. So a whole week away in a hotel might feel weird and could mess with their heads a bit. Hardly ever happens in the NFL.

Can't wait for this game. Biggest game of the year.

the Eagles requested the back-to-back West Coast games. They didn't want to have to go out there and back 3 separate times.

More fires in LA.  Rams are canceling practice. Must be terrifying living in those dry areas.

Report: Eagles fear Wentz suffered torn ACL

The Philadelphia Eagles are concerned quarterback Carson Wentz suffered a torn ACL in Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Wentz left in the second half of the tightly contested Week 14 game. Backup Nick Foles replaced him under center to finish the game.

He remained on the field following the play that likely caused the injury and walked to the locker room under his own power. Video showed Wentz struggling to find stability in his left knee.

Wentz's day finished with 23 completions on 41 attempts for 291 yards, four touchdowns, and just one interception.

His total of 33 passing touchdowns on the season set a new single-season franchise record.

very tough/costly win.  Although I think Foles can get the job done.  He's a solid backup QB

Not sure what to say other than the D finally stepped up on those last 2 drives. Have to get home field now.

Struggle to go 2-1 over these three games and you have home field throughout; this is what you got Ajayi for - pound him, Blount, and Clement non-stop. Actually might help this atrocious left side of the line if they're running the ball. That and the defense.

Denver finally won when Peyton's arm fell off because of their ridiculous D. So that's the expectation - that the D plays that high of a level and carry games.

Ajayi needs to get more of Blount's touches on a regular basis. Can't be just a one game thing. I like him and even Clement better than Blount at this point. Blount should be more of the short yardage back moving forward.

Who knows, if the d steps up and we mash it out on the ground maybe we can Hostetler our way to Minnesota with Nick Montana back under center

I wanted your season to end miserably on the field, not in an MRI machine.
