    Cyber bullying lead to her suicide.  I am not sure what else is involved.

    I'm not seeing any definitive connection between the idiots she encountered online and her apparent suicide. Maybe that is what happened, but for us or anyone else to assume so is risky. We don't know anything about this girl or what was going on in her life.

    That's because it isn't. The cyberbullying happened. The apparent suicide happened. That one led to the other is an assumption.

    Playing devil's advocate here:  if she had NOT Posted about her workplace, she would not have been cyber-bullied.
    One could say she was trying to protect the woman replacing her, but maybe that woman does her own homework too.

    Just saying..... i would not post on social media criticizing my job....

    No, that's not how it sounds; ignore that part. 

    Social media, and in fact much of the Internet, is a cesspool of trolling, doxing, and mindless hatred. It almost doesn't matter what one posts on some sites; there will be people who pile on in this way. The "just kill yourself" comments are mind-boggling common. 
     
    I agree with you that it's unwise to post on social media anything critical of your job/employer (assuming you're posting openly, of course). In my opinion at least 90% of what's posted online is unwise. But if you're posting at all, expect to be flamed at times.

    Melania Trump attempting to be a spokesperson against cyber-bullying (if a couple of lame speeches about it can be classified as being a spokesperson at all) is one of the most ridiculous things that has come out of the this presidency. I mean, how can she have so little shame?!? I just don't get it.... It is possible that she's doing it specifically to spite her husband???? Like, she is completely aware of the irony, and she's doing it to highlight Trump's crazy online behaviour? That is really the only theory that even comes close to finding a logical reason behind it as far as her motives are concerned.

    I don't think she was making that distinction. Her reason was "I don't know what they do on their free time."  To me that clearly sounds like it's a gay lifestyle issue, and not a movie choice issue. 
    Her own words it wasn't that they had done gay porn that bothered her, but that doing gay porn apparently put them in a different category of a more dangerous lifestyle in her mind.
    all that being said, I don't think she was making the distinction between gay porn actors and gay-porn actors like you were.

    I confess to not reading much of this thread and I feel badly about anytime someone kills themselves and I don't mean to be overly critical here but I can't help feeling a) this is not a real hot current events topic (more like sensationalism) and b) her husband did say, "Please leave this as a private family matter in this difficult time."  I can respect that.
