Does she not have the right to choose who she lets into her body?  Or does that stop with the lunatics that did this to her?

Not any more than a baker should get to decide who they can and cannot bake cakes for.

Baking a cake and being forced to have sex with someone is not even remotely the same.

    More crazy.

And who said she was forced to do anything?  Presumably she has some sort of an agreement where she approves who she will and won't act with.

    cake baking?

I'm not sure anyone can criticize the LBTGQ community (attack mob) without being called a bigot.
She expressed her reasons for not wanting to work with a gay porn actor, which seem reasonable to me and she was ridiculed mercilessly. The online attack mob tried to ruin her career, mission accomplished, she took wheelers advice and killed herself.

I don't understand this new norm of trying to ruin someone's professional life over something that was posted to social media?

    depressing

People you encounter online can often be terrible in large part because of the anonymity the web provides. Proceed with caution at all times.

Otherwise, libel is an easy thing to prove in this day and age. Or so I hear.

Should she not have a right to such working conditions?

She absolutely should have every single and last say so.

You need to keep up and pay attention.
Her issue wasn't  with a porn actor who are gay.
It was with male porn actors who had done gay porn. There's  a difference.

Like I said, it's probably in her contract.  She didn't want to work with someone who had done gay porn.  That should be fine, regardless of reason.

not ok: if she had said "I don't want to work with someone bc they're homosexual"  which does not appear to be the case here.

Gay porn actors are not a protected class (ie gay for pay).  Homosexuals are.

it is conjecture at best to say that the twitter war precipitated her death.

but if it did, of course she has the right to choose who she has sex with. no brainer.

She should be afforded every right to do as she pleases with her own body , the same as every women should have the right to choose  if they want to abort an unwanted pregnancy ..

correct, but if she said "I don't have sex with homos" she could absolutely expect to be attacked for that. it comes across as bigoted, whether it's just an ill-conceived statement or not.

Did anyone take it away? Or was it taken away via ridicule on social media? Or was she threatened with a job action? No means no but it seems to me she had a choice in the matter and options given her preference.

yes, I know, work is work, even if one is not technically gay. but my question to you, is calling someone a gay porn actor calling them gay? maybe I should have hyphenated it... gay-porn actor, better?
I'm not into gay porn but is gay-porn usually hyphenated, is it one word gayporn?
