Non German Speeking Needs Dusseldorf Help

I'm looking to purchase tickets for Dusseldorf but since I don't read or speak German, I'm having some trouble. Hopefully someone can help me out. First, are tickets still available at the arena's ticket site? Can you get an assigned seat or is it all first come first serve. I can't seem to find a seating chart anywhere, how big is the arena, is it closer to 10,000 or 50,000. Again any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
