Looking at their Gallery, it seems they make their pizza on a conveyor belt style oven.
    Yeah.
We also have wood fired pizza places here.

Aussie Style pizza: Cheese, Bacon, EGG, herbs.

Bacon and egg on a pizza?  It's a damn breakfast sandwich...
Noone eats pizza for breakfast, I personally am not a fan of the Aussie.

2 is perfect. I'll usually go 3 because it's too good to stop, but then I'm KO'd for a few hours lol

Based on the folklore of Lou's, I'm terrified of trying it.

(but, a bite from the bottom inside triangle crust sounds damn good)

No reason to be terrified! It's the most delicious pizza you'll ever try! I think Lou's is shipping to most parts of the US (I could be wrong).  Order a cheese and sausage and thank me later :)

I ordered a small one a few years back. It kind of sucked; was definitely not worth the hype or the wait in line.

One, two people had a bad experience? Millions have had the polar opposite. The folklore is that it’s an amazing, delicious treat and a staple of Chicago dining!

Sorry to hear that. I'd give it one more shot. Having another bad experience would be like getting struck by lightning twice. ;)
