Vienna 2014 had a front of stage section but it was not a 10c section. If you had general admission tickets and turned up early you could get into fos too. Apart from London 2007 there never was anything 10c exclusive in Europe.
Stockholm 2014 also had a front section that was 10c and Golden Circle only
    + Prague 2006
Wrong. Prague 2006 and Stckholm 2014 both had Golden Circle, but they were NOT 10 club only. You could buy regular tickets to both.

Prague had barely enough 10 clubbers to fill the front two rows.

Surprised at the lack of 10 clubbers at these shows. Hopeful this makes it easier to get tickets to multiple shows.

If anyone is planning to travel and will stay at a Hyatt PM me. I have gift cards I'll sell for less than value.

So how does the general sale usually work then? If you choose best seat they would just fill up all of GA first would they not and then go to the seats or is there usually an option to choose between the two? I would imagine each venue is different too.
GA is the floor, and then there are seated. And you decide what you like, when you buy a ticket.

If you pick "best seat" I would guess GA goes before seated on ticketmaster(?).

    Maybe I don't understand the question. :)
Ya just wondering if you get GA and do not want it you have to risk throwing it back in to get reserved seating and maybe come up with nothing.
Depends on the country, but most ticketmaster / eventim sites let you choose if you want to search seats or GA and then get the best available choice according to those. Or there are several different price ranges / categories that you select and then search based on those. Most likely if you prefer to sit, you can have a choice and won't get offered GA.

    That's what they (e.g. SpinTheBlackCircle74) are saying.
EDIT: Sorry, I read it wrong. Yes, they had front section, and the section was for 10 clubbers + regular Golden Circle ticket holders. Just like they are saying :)

Anyway 10 club ticket always gets you to the best section on the floor.
Sometimes this is a separate front section, sometimes just the general floor.
Sometimes the front section is first come first served. Sometimes they sell more expensive Golden Circle or Front of Stage tickets there.

Thinking about it! If the boss gives me the thumbs up I will be going solo on this trip. I plan on meeting a bunch of people on this forum if possible to put a face to all of the great posters here. As much as we complain it really is a great community imo. You thinking of hitting any of the rumoured shows? Prague Krakow and Berlin for me if work allows it.

They only sold 300 10c Tickets for shows in Europe in 2006. There certainly were more Tenclubers in attendance though.

amsterdam 1 -2012 was only 10c members the section..and after show started thye gave 60 wristband to ga people behind 10c section and add them there, cos was alot of empty space in 10c ga section
Ok, that could be true since they sold a lot of 10c tickets for those shows. I just wanted to say that the fact that there is a golden circle with a lot of 10c people in it doesn't mean it is 10c exclusive. Because that is usually not the case in europe. It's certainly different in the US though.

The amount of 10 club tickets per show seems to have increased every tour. 2006 was really nice and mellow. But the 10 club waiting areas at Wuhlheide have been fun too.

I talked to the wife last night, and I think were doing this!!!

Never been to Europe, but I am italian, so were going to do:
    >> 22.06 - Milan san siro stadium
    >> 24.06 - Bologna
    >> 26.06 - Rome stadio olimpico
If anyone has any places we should not miss while in these 3 city, or somewhere you love to stay, please PM me or let me know. This would kind of be the trip of my lifetime.

I think I can get the time off work (my boss studied in the US in the early 90s and talks foundly about having "Flannel fridays" at his school and how Black was played at the Prom) but I lost my best friend/travelling partner due to being a big fat idiot. So i'll have to see. I went to Sthlm 2014 by myself, but that was in my own country... brought my mom and brother to see Eddie Vedder in Berlin this summer, but i don't know if bringing my mom to a pearl Jam show is the best idea. Haha.

Not that comfortable around "strangers". But i'll see.

Interested in Rome, and Krakow and Prague. Never been there. Been in Berlin too much; PJ 2009, PJ 2010, Neil Young 2016, Vedder 2017.

I've only been to Rome out of those three but if you are planning on visiting the Vatican museum and the Sistine Chapel I recommend booking your tickets in advance and get a late afternoon time slot. The Chapel can get crowded but in the late afternoon the other parts of the museum seemed a lot emptier to look around. Just my experience anyway.

Edit: I would also recommend visiting fontana di trevi at night. Its so beautiful when its lit up, more romantic and less tourists and touts.

thinking of doing the same with the wife. Never been also and have no clue on the logistics. Where to fly in, fly out, get from venue to venue, where to stay?  Maybe we can hook up or share itinerary?

Deal, but only if Dimi promises to keep the hints coming once the Euro tour is announced.

all has to do with the venue..amsterdam was hard to score, while italian shows cos was stadium, same as scandinavia, was super easy..to score
