    What is the difference between the 10c cover and the general sale vinyl?

    Got my vinyl from Amazon early this morning. Gave it a spin and it's good! Inside Job, Crazy Mary and Release sound particularly wonderful.

    I'm surprised no one has really mentioned it but I believe the 10c version has one of those soft touch sleeves with spot varnish while the regular retail version has a normal printed sleeve.

    Everyone is always jumping up and down about variants etc and no one has barely said anything about this.

    What does tip on mean? I was hoping the outside of the vinyl jacket looked and felt different

    Its that style of sleeve thats thick cardboard where the cover and inner are glued on rather than printed on thin cardboard like most are. Think old timey sleeves. Outside of the Yield and No Code reissues, the past few releases have all been tip on (Backspacer, LB, LO10L, 10-Vit reissues and the live albums from their boxes, TMR)

    If you have the Live at TMR LP, the sleeve is exactly like that except pictures on the front and inside are spot varnish (Glossy among the matte satin feel )

    Not a fan of the soft touch sleeves. I keep the opened shrinkwrap on these for fear of scratching them. 

    So I paid £27 for my copy in the UK.

    If I want the 10c version it's approx £25.50 +£23(Shipping) +£11.50(Import Duty)+£1.50(International card charge) =£61.50. Can't justify it.

    Same boat here.  Mine says shipped on the 22nd, but when I try tracking it says can't find anything.  So right now I got shit...
