    I guess "*Digital pre-order available on Aug 25* " Means that you can pre-order digital copies starting today.

    I never read it like the OP did, but now I can kind of see the confusion. 

    I read it as starting 8/25, you can pre-order the MP3 version.

    It's only a month out, and we've been waiting a year already. Time will fly!

    PJ don't give digital downloads with vinyl!!!!!! You have to buy it.

    "Let’s Play Two soundtrack will be released on September 29th. It is available for pre-order now at pearljam.com and will be available via all digital retailers on August 25th."

    That was in the "We have an announcement..." email I received from Pearl Jam. So, that's where the confusion lies. Then I read the news link on pearljam.com where it said that the 25th would be a pre-order.

    I was about to post the same question....I never understood this if there are no extra offers or incentives???
