    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    i hate to agree, but i do. the ed sig is wrong. the mike sig, bottom right, is weird. the one at 6 o'clock looks like a dave abbruzzese. he wasn't in the band for binaural.....

    I am glad the you and Seth said this first. I saw it thios morning and didnt want to say it out loud. Your Brother is a GREAT GREAT guy for doing it....Just not too sure...Especially the Jeff Sig. I hope the 3 of us are just f-ing wrong here...Just something doesnt seem right with this...:(

    I hate to say it but the signatures on this guitar are 100% fake Here is a picture of a guitar that i got signed by Pearl Jam my self and you can tell the autographs look absolutly nothing like the real ones i have on my guitar...

    its amazing how poorly people forge signatures... if you took your time you could atleast get SOMEwhat close to the real thing... but i gotta agree with you and everyone else whos said it already.... definitely fake... if you dont care then thats cool, but i hope whoever bought it for you didnt pay too much... good luck!

    Anybody on here that claims to know its a fake is either talking out of their ass or just guessing.

    yes we are guessing, but if you look at the people who have commented regarding the sigs (dangerboy, pjtradeking, ignorant-indian, myself)...

    we are some of the most respected collectors and traders in the pearl jam community, and using our knowledge and judgement we can come to our own conclusions, although we are not 100% accurate, we do state to check with 10C.

    hate to say it, none of those signatures were signed by members of PJ,...

    BUT if you want to hear the truth from the source, contact 10C and they'll be happy to confirm the same to you, either by way of you sending them pictures of the guitar and/or by sending them the actual guitar for them to evaluate with said members of PJ in the room looking over the guitar :)

    'As long is it wasn't signed in front of you, there is no way to tell 100%.' That was the answer I got from 10c when I inquired on a signed poster a few months back.

    Of course we are guessing, we werent there. That said, it is an EDUCATED guess, and I would say that when it comes to these types of thing, we as a group are fairly accurate with these types of things. You have to remember that some of us eat, drink and breathe this stuff, so we have seen quite a bit over the years. I can find a flaw in each one of the sigs on that guitar, not to mention a few other things that would NEVER be on it if it were real. We werent trying to be harsh in anyway either. Simply pointing out that in OUR OPINION they are fakes. If it were me, I would want to know whether it was a gift or not.

    i only own one piece of signed stuff (that i got YESTERDAY! STILL IN SHOCK!) but i can tell its fake because of jeff's sig. if you notice, its the same J in "jam" so that would lead me to believe that "jeff" wrote the "pearl jam" and that ain't jeff's handwriting... isn't his handwriting everywhere? i feel really bad that he might have gotten a guitar that wasn't signed by the band.... :( but hey, if you happen to meet one of the guys and explain the story, they might feel bad too and sign something else for you and THAT would be way better :)
