    I'm assuming these are legit only because I would hope 10C would notify us that these are bootlegs and to steer clear of buying them.

    lol, That is what I am thinking. They would have had pre-orders up for them already, if they are on the same pattern as No Code and Yield. I would be REALLY surprised is anything comes out the 30th.

    I find it really hard to believe if we've heard nothing to this point from the band if the release date of this is actually 6/30 (or is real at all).

    I agree completely. I find it hard to believe though that 10C would let members purchase items that are bootlegs. They must know reissues are being released and maybe the release date was pushed back.

    Doesn't Sony own the master recordings for all three of these albums? If so, none of these reissues are up to the band.

    Whatever the case, I ordered from Amazon France and canceled Amazon Japan. LOL (I'm still not expecting to receive anything.)

    I would agree.  I imagine Sony/Epic can do new pressing of any of the PJ albums they have the rights too.  I would imagine they run it by the band though, or if the band wants it done, they can ask Sony to do it.

    Maybe it's a sony europe authorized release or something...

    No Code and Yield are also Sony (Legacy) / Epic releases. US versions were in the 10C store for pre-order. European versions were also released on the same time line as the US versions. I just find it hard to believe that these additional releases are being released in 15 days without any acknowledgment from 10C.

    Hawk123 , in regards to the bootlegs. There are a ton of bootleg studio albums sold that 10C does not acknowledge.

    I'm not disagreeing with you, but there have been so many "it's up to the band" comments that I thought I should remind people how master recording rights work.

    Like I said, I'm not expecting anything. But it doesn't hurt to preorder!

    Of course, but that's not my point. These are slowly being removed from various sites that had them for sale previously. If there is no planned release for June 30 (or in the very near future) they should just come out and say not to buy these, they are not official. This has been on the first couple pages of the porch for a while now.

    With Amazon you can easily cancel your order and I will have 30 days to ship the vinyls back with no shipping fees if I want to ... no risk for me then !

    You get shipping fees back? For .ca you have to pay for shipping unless the item is damaged.
