On a sad note, I picked up my Powderchair tickets today from the Ent Cent.
When I got home I realised I'd lost them :(
I rang up Ticketek and they said there's nothing they can do because they don't replace GA tickets........there's my birthday present from mum & dad gone :(

I just got this joke in email though!!

The only saving grace I suppose is that the whole package is still complete (tickets in envelope with receipt still affixed with my name on it)
I'm not holding my breath though. I doubt there'd be many people who'd find a $100 ticket on the street and decide to hand it back :(
Couldnt ya get the local newspaper to do a sad sop story on how one of the intergators lots their tickets that were a birthday pressie from their oldies..
Yeah I phoned them. I spoke to the woman who gave me the tickets this morning and she remembered me. She was so apologetic but said there's nothing she can do.
She said that hopefully someone will hand them in, but if no-one has then she told me to give her a call 1 week before the show.
This is gonna be the most frustrating month ever :( Do I buy another ticket or do I hope that this nice lady can pull a few strings?

Yeah things are going ok.....its all demolished.............the fire investigators are now trying to figure out what caused the fire.....
Myer got control of their other building today, someone I knew was standing outside when they opened the doors............she said it stunk so bad..........
Lots of businesses are still closed...some had 6 foot of water in them..

I have supported Geelong since I was a youngen, about 3 i reckon...cause I loved kitties
so when I moved to the Gold Coast, considering I never had time to keep up with the Footy, I decided I would support the closest team and back Brisbane.... but Geelong always held a place in my heart!
Now I cannot fuckin believe they are there. Its great! GO CATS!

Back to work in the morn... we are getting nailed atm. Actually, its like schoolies right now. There is some freakin high school olympics on or something like that...they play their sports during the day, but then at night.... every fuckin single one of them is in Surfers wearing really stupid sports clothes (mock sports clothes like the old uniforms of 1970) and they are absolutely wasted!! ahhh to be young again...little bastards.
is it a long weekend.... or do you mean my weekend of long hours

He's still carving things up at Bilo in Townsville probably playing his new songs at the local.... I bet Powers Gold is Number 1 at the Townsville Top Pub!
