Yep I loved that little sit down session - Man of the Hour, Nothingman, Gone (coulda left this out - still hate it), Black.

Still think Nothingman was the tightest of all the songs I heard
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

That version sends chills up my spine each time I hear it.
Stools, acoustic guitars, Pearl Jam, surely there's nothing better in life than those three elements combined
I'll tell you what i realised the other day... for the second time. I saw Deadman live for the first time ever... and that was stools and Jeff on stand up bass  Sydney #1 1998 I was in the 500-ish front "Mosh Pit" area heh... woohoo 2nd row with a one person buffer from the front fence! heh
Was anyone else in that section?! Maybe i spoke to you... heh

Another song was played for the last time up to this date that night... Who you Are :)

Yep bigtime. That was the best ploy ever opening with it that night after *cough* sydney 2. Talk about whipping the crowd into a frenzy. That little breakdown in the middle was sweet too then the build up back up again.

I remember my bro (casual fan) turning to me after that first song and saying something like ' holy fuck if the rest of the show is gonna be anything like that we are in for a cracker' - I could only smile in response. He still thinks it the best concert he's ever been to (and he has been to many!)

Hey Sydney #2 boot is resorting some good memories of the night rather than the bad lot of annoying c#$%s in crowd!... I just got chills from hearing the opening.. i love the guitar :) fucking no chance of playing that quick though hehe :)

The song also reminds me of living in London!, that's where i was when Lost Dogs came out.. woot :) I played Sad over and over!

Funny that. Theres a chick that screams after the first beat on Undone at Newcastle (way before anyone else) and for some strange reason I always think -'I wonder who that is'

Every vid I've seen of syd 3 Ive tried to spot myself and as soon as someone gets close - they go back the other way.

isnt it funny how we need to see ourselves there... its like a way of proving you were part of the best tour ever!! when rightfully so... we all know which shows we went to!!
Not takin the piss guys.... if there was a chance I was on camera I would probably take it to a specialist and make them digitally enhance the footage just to find me!!
