An administration engaged in spying on it's potential successor in the middle of an election better have all their i's dotted and t's crossed.
The Obama administration previously spied on the AP, James Rosen, Sharyll Attkisson, and the German government to name a few. Add this to how it used the IRS against conservative groups and the track record is there. The FISA applications and affidavits will eventually be released and there is great risk for those who participated in obtaining them and/or abused the information obtained from them. People need to be careful about all the independent investigations they are requesting. They might not turn out the way you hope.

On Russia? Yes. There is no "there" there until I actually see an investigating agency come forward and lay charges for a crime. For now I am still laughing.
