I wonder if they'd do something typically Ed and play all songs by their heroes:
Baba or Love Reign RITFW I Believe In Miracles
"we wouldn't be up here if it weren't for those 3 bands, so we thought it would be appropriate to play their songs instead"
the close the show with Alive or EF
Missing a Bruce-song?
I know they (Ed) loves Bruce, but how often do they cover his songs?
Well, no time like at the RnR HoF I guess.
Hoping no covers.
And if they cover something, Let it go fo sho.
I hope it didn't come off as snarky. It was an honest question. As a guy who knows zero Bruce material, I wouldn't know if they'd covered one of his songs in the past.

Is it even a guarantee that they show up to the ceremony?
A fair question but I think they've come to a point in their career where they appreciate something like this. Plus... i) EV has already inducted three individuals so he doesn't seem to have an issue with the Hall ii) I think they'd simply go for their fans who want to see them be inducted - and perform, of course.
Question: Will there be a good quality source for this performance? Really hope so.

Not for You. Do the Evolution. Got a feeling they'll do something newer as well, so Lightning Bolt. Obviously a staple song so Alive to round it out while the crowd is up.
Release- knock that audience on their asses lull them to sleep then rip off their flesh Given To Fly- now that they are awake, bring them to a new level Alive extended Jam- let Mike free, even a dueling solo with Stone Elderly Woman or Betterman/It's OK- a nice sing along, if not headliner, end with betterman-it's OK
If headliner Yellow Ledbetter closer, with full ensemble (if headliner and not Journey, as I would not be shocked if Journey is headliner)
I'm also thinking Journey is the headliner and "Don't Stop Believin" the finale. And that will be so sad to watch. Please don't make our band do that song. Please, please, please don't do that.
1) Chloe Dancer / Crown Of Thorns (w/ Dave Krusen & Brendan O' Brien) 2) Daughter / It's OK 3) Better Man / Save It For Later (w/ Boom Gaspar) 4) Sirens (w/ Brendan O' Brien) 5) Alive (w/ Dave Krusen & Boom Gaspar) 6) Keep On Rockin' In The Free World (w/ Boom Gaspar, Dave Krusen & Brendan O' Brien)

Absolutely nothing from Vs, Vitalogy, No Code, or Yield, because obviously those albums had no cultural impact and influenced nobody, otherwise their respective drummers would of been nominated.
Matt drummed on the original Momma-Son Demos and Dave K. drummed on the studio versions of those two songs.
