Confirmed. I emailed Bull Moose and canceled my preorder a couple weeks ago because they told me it'd been removed from the list of releases for 2017.

Legendary 'Singles' Soundtrack Getting 25th-Anniversary Reissue
According to The Pulse Of Radio, the soundtrack to the 1992 movie "Singles", which also served as a sort of sonic guide to the Seattle grunge scene and featured exclusive tracks from the likes of SOUNDGARDEN and PEARL JAM, is getting the 25th-anniversary deluxe reissue treatment. The February 17 release will contain the original soundtrack — featuring the bands above plus ALICE IN CHAINS, MOTHER LOVE BONE, SCREAMING TREES, MUDHONEY and others — on one disc, while a second CD will include songs that didn't make the initial release and demos written by SOUNDGARDEN singer Chris Cornell for the movie's fictional band CITIZEN DICK.

This was on blabbermouth the other day, but it only talks about 2CD not vinyl.

Amazon pre orders mean nothing. See also the Sevens boxset, which was offered after it was sold via 10C, but never actually materialized.

I remembered that one. All the Amazon sites were taking pre orders hours before they went up @ the 10club store. All Amazon pre orders were cancelled.

The same happened with the PJ20 vinyl.
I don't trust Amazon pre-sales at all. Even if the release does happen, half of the pre-sales I've order from Amazon came WAY later than they promised. Also, Amazon prices drop fairly quickly after a non-limited new release has been around for a few months. You can usually save a fair bit of money if you're a bit patient, don't bother with the pre-sale, and buy the album once it's been on the market for a little while.
