Just 2LP. Looks like the original soundtrack is on the 2 vinyl discs and the bonus tracks are on a CD.

Awaiting for vinyl pre order from Amazon Canada. The CD just popped up. Hope they get it too, like Amazon USA.

I'm thinking about it. I have an original pressing already.. was kind of hoping the new tracks would also be on vinyl. I'm not digging the recent reissue trend, of releasing the existing thing as it already was, but putting all the new extra on a different format :(

This new version is def worth it alone on the fact that its spread out on 2 lp's. The original has all that music crammed onto 1 lp. It definitely isnt the best sounding vinyl.

A vinyl pressing of the Singles soundtrack has been a source of confusion over the past couple years, with listings going up wrong, then vanishing, then re-appearing. But finally, I think we have something a little more official. Amazon has a listing up, with the following details.

Expanded 2xLP edition, with the original tracks newly mastered.
Bonus CD of rarities and unreleased tracks.
Liner notes, written by Cameron Crowe.
The bonus CD features previously unreleased recordings by Mudhoney, Paul Westerberg, Mike McCready and Chris Cornell in addition to rarities such as Cornell’s 1992 EP ‘Poncier’ (debuting an early rendition of Spoonman”) and tracks from the film not included on the original soundtrack album.

This expanded edition includes, for the first time on CD, “Touch Me I’m Dick,” the signature track from “Singles” performed by Citizen Dick (a fictional band created for the film featuring frontman Matt Dillon backed by Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, Stone Gossard and Jeff Ament).

The collection will be released on May 19.

Same. Still have a pre order with Amazon UK. If it goes up on Amazon Canada w/ Prime and it's cheaper, will cancel my order over @ Amazon UK. The CD price dropped this morning from $19.99 to $17.63.

It’s finally coming! We are very pleased to announce that the Singles Deluxe Edition Soundtrack is finally coming on May 29th! There will be two versions. A 2 CD set and a 2 LP Set(plus a bonus CD with all the extra tracks).
