$135 for a replica MLB jersey... seems about right.

If you have not seen one or held one in your hands it would be hard for anyone to understand the quality. I checked out a Boston jersey and it was 100% wool, hand sewn, not made in the USA (sadly) but of amazing quality. They'll be around a lot longer than the $30 t-shirts...Raleigh, NC., 8/31/98, Charlotte, NC., 8/4/00, Greensboro, NC., 8/6/00, Mountain View, CA., 10/31/00, Raleigh, NC., 4/15/03, Charlotte, NC., 4/16/03, Mountain View, CA., 10/25/03, Asheville, NC., 10/6/04, Philadelphia, PA., 10/3/05, Washington D.C, 5/30/06, Virginia Beach, VA., 6/17/07, Philadelphia, PA., 10/28/09, Charlottesville, VA., 10/29/13, Charlotte, NC., 10/30/13, Memphis, TN., 10/14/14, Greenville, SC., 4/16/16, Hampton, VA., 4/19/16,

Ya. Was excited to grab one at wrigley but when took out of the bag and felt the material...yikes. Like it was made out of the same material as the pennants. Stiff. Scratcy. No way I could wear it. Thought maybe frame it but passed on buying itIf you have not seen one or held one in your hands it would be hard for anyone to understand the quality. These are high quality materials and hand made - stiched on numbers, lettering, etc
the jersey market is right around this number
plus if they didn't up the quantity that they produced for fenway these would be selling for $200 plus on ebay0 -
Yes, definitely not a shirt.
This jersey is nicer than the authentic jerseys I own.0 -
If not made in USA or another non slave labour country, that's way to expensive for an article of clothing. If it was made somewhere they gave a decent wage, I would pay. Pass... I know it's difficult to find things not made in China though.0

I did buy one at Wrigley, but I regret it. Terrible material to wear. Honestly they should have just done a hockey jersey for the Blackhawks with Chicago.0
-
According to this thread they are either amazing or unwearable lol
I only buy socks0 -
Didn't pick up a jersey in Boston. I do own the PJ detroit and ottawa hockey jerseys. They're awesome, wear em all the time! Probably should have picked up the other hockey one too, but oh well.Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?0

Definitely much different than a shirt. It's an authentic-styled throwback baseball jersey. That said--I don't know how anyone could bring themselves to wearing it in public.0

I think they are great looking....maybe I am just to cheap lol.Indianapolis, Indiana 11-24-1991 East Troy, Wisconsin 08-29-1992 West Lafayette, Indiana 03-17-1994 Milwaukee, Wisconsin 07-09-1995 Chicago, Illinois 07-11-1995 East Troy, Wisconsin 06-26-1998 Auburn Hills, Michigan 10-07-2000 Chicago, Illinois 09-23-2002 Noblesville, Indiana 06-22-2003 Toledo, Ohio 10-02-2004 Chicago, Illinois 10-05-2005 Grand Rapids, MI 05-19-2006 Chicago, Illinois 08-02-2007 Chicago, Illinois 08-23-2009 Noblesville, Indiana 05-07-2010 East Troy, Wisconsin 09-03-2011 East Troy, Wisconsin 09-04-2011 Chicago, IL 07-19-20130

I got a Boston jersey on eBay for around $100 a month after the shows.......
I have mixed feelings, it's a great souvenir, but idk how often I'll wear it.
As far as the jersey market goes, it's fairly priced for the quality of material.
Still $140 bucks though.0 -
I feel like if you live int hose cities and go to those games and are a fan of the Sox or the Cubs, this is awesome.
As a Yankee fan who went to Boston, its very nice, wouldn't be caught dead in it.0 -
Spot on....... if I wasn't a Sox fan, I wouldn't have even entertained the thought.RS65573 said:I feel like if you live int hose cities and go to those games and are a fan of the Sox or the Cubs, this is awesome.

Honestly, I was expecting / hoping for a PJ / Bruins jersey.0
