The creator of fake news??
“I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.” - Hillary Clinton, making up a fake news story at George Washington University, March 17, 2008

Considering she is up in total votes, it wouldn't make a bit of sense to think that your posting is some belief that it's leading to a comeback. For someone to think that was your objective is pretty silly.JimmyV said:

Don't call it a comeback, she's been here for years.
She ran a poor campaign, and now she's in tears.livefootsteps.org/user/?usr=446

Unfortunately, proponents of choice, healthcare, progressive taxes and other staples of the middle class will suffer far more than HRC in her loss.

That's right. Because Democrats don't want anything to do with progress, it seems.mrussel1 said:

Introspection from Democrats and an honest assessment of what happened in this election would be good to see. It's true, there has not been much of that yet. I'm still willing to give people time, and in the meantime Trump always needs to be watchdogged. But in the long run the Democratic establishment shouldn't be allowed to just shrug and wash its hands of any culpability here. This was a winnable race that was not won. There are many reasons why and there is plenty of blame to go around.Post edited by JimmyV on___________________________________________

Of course the aging old guard doesn't want to step down. Why would they? People's natural instincts is to protect themselves. The question is who is the new guard? Obama was ahead of the curve and his generation. But where are the other leaders? And how do the Dems stop being a coastal party, which really played out in this election. What are the policies that brings the older, white, lower to middle class mid westerners back into the fold?JimmyV said:Introspection from Democrats and an honest assessment of what happened here would be good to see. I'm a little surprised that Pelosi didn't step down. I think she's great but the GOP has been successful at demonizing her the same way they did HRC. Dems need to get some balls.mrussel1 said:

Honestly...I don't know. Not for sure. But I do think it starts with remembering how to talk to those older, white voters and not mocking or ridiculing them all the time. I completely misjudged how the "deplorable" comment resonated in some circles. I laughed at it and that is my bad. The Democrats cannot make that mistake again.mrussel1 said:
